Palazzo Pellico, situated close to the architectural masterpiece of Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, is a historical building with a strong identity. The building was once the site of financial activities, including Banca Lombarda, which made Milan the economic capital of the Kingdom of Italy.
The building is an architectural renovation project conceived to build new, innovative and functional offices. Its historic imprint lends it charm and elegance, while the work spaces have been designed to grant a contemporary, modern allure.
The project’s new arrangement of spaces optimises visibility and connectivity through technologies adapted to the building’s historical character. Particular attention is paid to energy performance and the principles of environmental sustainability, with a positive impact both on the space and on property management costs. The building is LEED Platinum®, WELL Gold® and WiredScore Platinum® certified.
